Directions
Fill a deep baking dish with sliced apples, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Make a thin batter of 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of butter. Pour over apples and bake about 1 hour or a little longer at 350˚.
