- Barbecued Beef Short Ribs
Ingredients
2 lbs. boneless beef short ribs
2 pints your favorite barbecue sauce
Preparation
1. In a large baking dish – arrange a single layer of short ribs.
2. Cover well with barbecue sauce.
3. Bake in a 275˚ oven for 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
4. Baste with the barbecue sauce halfway through the cooking time.
