Ingredients:
1/3 c. olive oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 T. garlic, chopped
7-8 c. (packed) hearty greens, washed, dried & coarsely chopped
1/2-3/4 lb. feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 c. pine nuts, toasted (or sub another nut)
1/3 c. raisins

Directions:
Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chopped greens and garlic. Stir until greens begin to wilt. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes over low heat. Add feta, pine nuts and raisins. Toss slightly and serve.
