  • Corn on the Cob – Bacon & Maple

Preparing the corn:

Peel back corn husks without removing them.
Remove as much silk as possible (remainder will burn off when roasting).
Replace husks over corn and soak in water for at least 30 mins.
Soaking the corn will keep it moist when roasting by releasing steam.

Seasoning the corn:

Peel back husks.
Drizzle corn with maple syrup.
Wrap corn with a slice of bacon.
Replace husks over corn and wrap in foil.
Roast corn over hot charcoals or in the oven at 375˚ for 20-25 mins., or until steam is released when foil is opened.
Carefully remove foil, husks and bacon, and enjoy!
