- Crispy Oven Baked Broccolini
Ingredients:
1 bunch broccolini, washed
1 t. olive oil
1/4 t. curry powder
1/4 t. coarse salt
1/4 t. black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425˚. Toss broccolini with olive oil and seasonings to coat thoroughly. Arrange broccolini on baking sheet, separating as much as possible for optimal crispness. Bake 5-10 minutes or until crisp.
