Brussels Sprouts w/ Almond and Bacon

Ingredients

1 lb. brussels sprouts

3 slices bacon

2 tbsp. sliced almonds

1.5 tsp. minced garlic

1.5 tsp. red wine vinegar

salt & peper to taste

Directions

Brown bacon in pan. Remove, reserving oil in pan. Add almonds and garlic and cook until lightly browned. Add brussels sprouts and vinegar and cook until tender.
