Caramel Apple Syrup

Ingredients

2 Granny Smith Apples diced

4 T. butter

1/2 c. Brown Sugar

1/2 c. Heavy Cream

1 c. Burnt Cabins Pancake Syrup (optional)

Directions

In a saucepan, combine apples, butter and brown sugar, stirring occasionally until thick and bubbly. Add syrup and cook until mixture returns to a boil. Remove from heat. Slowly stir in heavy cream and serve
