Ingredients
1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. minced onions
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into cakes. Sauté or deep fry until brown on both sides.
