Honey Brushed Chicken Thighs



2 tsp garlic powder

3/4 tsp salt

1 tsp paprika

2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

*Optional* 1/2 tsp ground red pepper

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

6 tablespoons honey

2 tsp cider vinegar


Preheat saute pan. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl (6 if you use red pepper). Add chicken thighs and toss to coat. Add oil to saute pan. Add chicken allowing to brown 4-5 minutes on one side. Turn chicken and allow other side to brown, another 4-5 minutes. While chicken is browning, mix honey and cider vinegar. When chicken is done, remove from pan and brush with honey/vinegar mixture.
