Panko Breaded Flounder

Ingredients

4 fresh flounder fillets

1 tbsp. butter

The Butcher Shoppe Panko Mixture

salt & pepper to taste

lemon and fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

Melt butter and combine with panko mixture. Put butter and panko mixture on flounder and add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees  for 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and fresh-squeezed lemon juice.
