In a medium saucepan, combine chicken broth, chopped apple, cranberries, almonds, celery, onion and herbs. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Spread stuffing cubes in a large baking dish. Pour cranberry and apple mixture over the top, and stir to coat bread. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 15 minutes, or loosely stuff your turkey.
