Sugar Snap Wraps



1 lb. raw sugar snap peas, rinsed with ends snipped

1/2 lb. thinly sliced honey ham

1/2 lb. cream cheese, plain or flavored


Spread thin layer of cream cheese on ham slice. Cut ham slice into strips. Roll sugar snap pea in ham strip. Cream cheese will hold ham in place, no need for toothpicks. Can be prepared a day in advance. Keep refrigerated until use. Makes approx. 100 pieces.
