Sweet Mango Ginger Syrup

Ingredients

2 ripe Mangoes peeled, seeded & chopped

1 T. butter

4 T. Brown Sugar

1 T. Orange Juice

1 t. Lemon Juice

1/4 t. grated fresh Ginger

1/2 c. Water

1/4 c. Burnt Cabins Pancake Syrup (optional)

Directions

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients, stirring occasionally until thick and bubbly. Allow enough cooking time for mangoes to soften.
Remove from heat and serve.
